The manager remembers a request you made over a year ago!
I pulled up at the drive through window today, and the manager says, "Didn't you request a Nutritional Brochure a while back?" So, in spite of my efforts to not eat out while I'm running errands so much recently, she still knows me! Oh well.
Oh, and they still don't have the brochures! That was what she wanted to tell me after all.
